From grand landscapes to allotments by the railway lines, the English are mad about gardens and gardening. Starting with the more than century-old Chelsea Flower Show our presenter guides us through all the various expressions of the English national past time of gardening.

Richard Heathcote is a past Director of Carrick Hill in Adelaide and has also managed Rippon Lea in Melbourne. He presented ABC TV’s This New Eden and has also broadcast on heritage buildings and art.

ADFAS Fleurieu lectures are presented at The Gospel Centre, 2 George Main Road Victor Harbor

Membership of ADFAS Fleurieu for 2021 is $130.

With a membership of over a hundred, ADFAS Fleurieu this year offers a programme of lectures on topics of both local and more general interest, presented by South Australian lecturers suggested or recommended by our members.

Where numbers permit, visitors may attend at a cost of $25 per lecture, payable upon entry. No credit card facilities are available.
