The Opportunity
There have been so many talented artists, curators and groups wanting to share their work and ideas within the Coral Street Art Space.
We are currently seeking proposals from artists, groups and curators who would be interested in exhibiting their work in the Coral Street Art Space in 2024.
The Space
If you haven’t been to Coral Street Art Space recently we strongly suggest to come visit and see the great changes we’ve made before considering an exhibition.
Rationale/ Theme
In your proposal we ask for you to provide a rationale/ theme to your work. We would like to program artists, works and exhibitions that explore the environment, community and history of the Fleurieu Peninsula. We are also interested in proposals that address and challenge perceptions of identity and power and that offer a diverse and inclusive world view.
Every year we try to program exhibitions to complement local and national observance / event such as NAIDOC Week, Youth Week, History Month, SALA, Fringe. If you believe your exhibition complements any of these (or other) events please include that in your proposal and nominate for the relevant date.
